GTS is an agent of TAF building and when we introduce a client to TAF we receive a small commission for the sale when the the final payment has been made.

Well that was the theory - in practise GTS has introduced several clients but so far received no commission from TAF.

TAF buildings have their problems like all new buildings and in the past poor workmanship blighted the company, more recently it is among the best in Gambia - Their plaster work is good and doors and fittings made from mahogany are excellent.

There are still problems with teh wrong tiles being fitted, thje wrong kitchen and bathroom fittings being installed and overall we feel that TAF prices have increased inline with the expansion of the housing market, agents and the FANTASTIC rise in property prices rather than any real increases in the costs of building.

Maybe we are just sore at getting no commissions, but after ten years operations in Gambia maybe we just know what to expect.
