GTS hosts are similar to local guides, but they are working for GTS and are controlled by GTS, so you know what you are getting in advance.

Their job is to make sure your day costs you no more than it would using any other method of trip that you could choose.

Where there are discounts they will make sure you get them.

A GTS host will look after you and your party as if they were old family friends. You can discuss your plans with them and they will suggest the best options for you to choose.

A GTS host will never try to get extra money from you or let you get charged too much, (so they can share the takings later)

Trips with them, are always memorable days out, you will see the hidden Gambia and often experience the unexpected, which makes GTS trips unique to you and your holiday.

Costs are between £1 & £2 an hour, for informal visits, plus any additional transport, entrance costs.
GTS also has some organised trips - see our trip book, these are charged per person, but are generally run for you and your group so are small and personalised

You will find the atmosphere with a GTS host very relaxed but they will always be fully attentive to your needs.
