I will continue to update both sites until my next visit to Gambia in the middle of October, but from then only the crosswinds server will be updated.

This should make no difference to GTS site visitors, we are leaving all the existing pages on the Lineone servers so that any internet searches that find a GTS page will still link it to the old GTS site, but as soon as the user goes to the GTS Home page all the links will automatically open the relevant pages on the new server.

This gives GTS a new email address GTS@Crosswinds.net, so please start using this address, unlike the Lineone addresses there is no need for the FrancisGTS code in the subject line as Crosswind have really good spam and junk email filters.

Lineone - bought by Tiscali - have done very well for GTS since 1998 when the GTS site was first published - we have changed, because it is impossible to update the site from Gambia during the 3 months I am over there. The move to Crosswinds allows this.

I hope to have a substantial update of the site while I am in Gambia this year and if visitors have any comments or requests now is the time to send them to me so I can include them in the updates.
