Caro visited GTS during her stay and met Lamin, Njun and Foday.
On the day of the student riots, Lamin was supposed to take them on a Roots trip.
I am hoping to hear from Caro about the riots and the atmosphere in the country after them.
On their return to the UK, we hoped that if they were staying in Birmingham, that they might visit us before their return to the States.
That didn't happen, but maybe next trip.
Caro and Karamo visited her Gambian family during April and sent these pictures.
