The Wednesday day out (GTS Rural Gambia) was simply fantastic!
I sympathised with Julie about feeling faint - I did too - us elderly ladies can't take the mid-day heat!
Many thanks to Aimee and Koko for their fascinating music session - the highest point of a day full of highpoints for me!
