Sizzler & chef

Sizzlers has a pleasant garden area and excellent food. The atmosphere is relaxed, this represents a halfway house between real Gambian and European.

We always have at least one meal here each visit.

(AUGUST 2001 - The restaurant is under change of management as the two year lease is up - so there is no knowing yet what will replace Sizzlers.)

The food is only cooked when ordered, so please expect a wait of 30 to 40 minutes, time to have a drink or two. Or order and have a wander round Kololi to see what there is to offer.

It is always worth asking if there is anything special, the baracuda with ginger and lime is fabulous, but there are other special dishes when the ingredients are available.
