Outside there is boat being renovated in the small garden area.

Abdulaye Bayo, now at the private Tanji Village Museum, worked here for 20 years and this could be a very different place, if he had applied his vision here.

It is worth a visit though, there are wide ranging exhibits and much to see of interest, but it all looks rather dusty and uninspiring - rather 'old victorian museum' in atmoshphere.
