Comments to GES |
The annual membership of GES is £10.00 minimum per person per year and the charity hopes that most subscriptions will be given as Gift Aid allowing an additional 28% of the funds collected to be collected by GES from the Government each year. Details of joining GES and Gift Aid will shortly be available. Membership of GES & GTS is £ 22.50 per year How does GES differ from GTS GTS offers practical support to those visiting The Gambia, like a FREE pickup from the airport on your arrival to Gambia, a 10% discount at the GTS Restaurant and off hosted visits for members, FREE advice before during and after their visit. GES members will however have access to all of the GTS services in Gambia, but will not be eligible for the FREE pickup service or for GTS discounts or the FREE advice that GTS offers its members. Membership of GES does not exclude you from joining GTS if you are visiting Gambia and would like the services that GTS offers. GES is to support education and training of Gambians - it does not provide any services to its members other than the reporting back on how and where their money has been used in Gambia. Every member has a vote at the Annual General Meeting of GES and will be invited to attend. Members can stand for election as committee or executive members. Each member
will be sent an Annual Report the Budget and Accounts report.. 5 Top
