The Osprey Bar is close to Tanji about 3 km from Sanyang one of the oldest fishing villages along this coast.

Tanji attracts visitors for the Camel Safari, the fishing and the smoke houses, wher Bongo fish are smoked 7 times and packed for export to Ghana and to be used in The Gambia.

The Bar serves a wide selection of FRESH fish dishes Gambian style as well as Europen foods and drinks.

The bird watching camp near by provides one of the best shore sites to see a very wide variety of birds.

Happy Hour is from 3pm each afternoon and the Osprey has a buffet every SUNDAY, TUESDAY and THURSDAY with live music.
