This 9 acre site was developed in 1989 with the profits from the owners successful bar & restaurant off old Pipeline Road - Bakadaji being the name of Ebrima Njie's home-village up river (where the hotel profits have built a school and just funded a motel).

The hotel is near the Palma Rima crossroads and also houses the offices of Tourism Concerns.

The buffet nights (Thursday & Saturday) at the roadside Afra Bakadaji Restaurant are particularly popular.

Paths beyond curve round the lawns & gardens to the single-storey room-blocks. The area is shady beneath the eucalyptus, and just a 10-minute walk from the beach.
