Ramatoulie has lost her father, and her mother is a fruit seller finding it very hard to manage the expense of her children's education.

Her brother, Habibou Bah, was selected as the new GTS library monitor and also as one of the schools most neediest children of sponsorship. This fortunately has come about for him by a sponsor who attended the library's opening day.

Ramatoulie's education is coming to a point where she will be taking exams in her next grade which all have to be paid for and her Mother desparately needed help with this.

According to her teacher Ramatoulie is very hard working and had the capability for further improvement if her education was supported. She is a smiling girl and is always willing to speak English when at school.

Jennie was on work placement with GTS and decided to sponsor a child as she was learning about the workings of GTS and the children they support. Jerreh and Kabs recommended Ramatoulie as she was on the Needing a Sponsor list.
