Ramatoulie has lost her father, and her mother is a fruit seller finding it very hard to manage the expense of her children's education.

Her brother, Habibou Bah, was selected as the new GTS library monitor and also as one of the schools most neediest children of sponsorship. This fortunately has come about for him by a sponsor who attended the library's opening day.

Ramatoulie's education is coming to a point where she will be taking exams in her next grade which all have to be paid for and her Mother desparately needs help with this.
