The Tourist taxis operate around most of the hotels, they charge a fixed price to various locations - waiting time is agreed and they bring you back. Always check that the price includes the number of people you want to travel and that they will wait and will bring you back for the agreed price.

For less or more people it is worth haggling' till you agree a price and pay when you return. You may need to front some of the fare for fuel. Although they can be rather expensive, they are generally reliable and are unlikely to be stopped by the police for inspection while you are a passenger.
